These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you (“the customer”) and Chronaes.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) and set out the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer, including the sale of retail goods to consumers.
By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. New Customers

You may browse and purchase goods from our website without creating an account. When making a purchase, you will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date contact, delivery, and payment details.
We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. All transactions on Chronaes.com are processed in Euros (€).

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include French VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors due to technical or human mistakes.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.
The contract of sale is formed when the goods are delivered to your provided address.

5. Customs & Import Duties

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply once your package arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these costs — please check with your local customs office.

6. Promotions & Offers

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one promotion may be used per order. Gift vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts.

7. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to display settings or manufacturing changes.
All product descriptions, photos, and specifications are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contract.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and to avoid any action that may damage, disable, or impair its operation.
You may not use our content or trademarks without our written permission.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website without notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions or if we cannot verify the information you provide.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Chronaes.com, including images, logos, product designs, and text, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may download or print pages for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

12. Notices

All communications to Chronaes.com must be sent by email to contact@chronaes.com.
Emails are considered received within 24 hours unless a delivery failure notice is received.

13. Cancellations

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting us immediately.
If the order has shipped, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our Returns Policy below.

14. Warranty Information

All watches purchased from Chronaes.com come with a 2-year movement warranty. This covers mechanical faults only (e.g., loss of time without accidental damage).
The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Wear and tear
  • Engraving
  • Negligence
  • Water damage
  • Straps, loss of stones, or plating discolouration
  • Modifications (except strap adjustments)

If a fault occurs, we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty repairs typically take 5–28 days.
If original parts are unavailable, suitable alternatives will be used.

15. Returns Policy

  • You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or within 60 days for an exchange.
  • Watches must be returned in unused condition, with all tags and seals intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost (€6 per watch returned).
If the item is found to be worn or altered, the return will be refused.

16. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
