Refund and Returns Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship our watches to:
- European Union: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and more.
- International: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia.
If your country is not listed, please contact us to check shipping availability.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- International: 7–15 business days, depending on the country and customs
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is completely FREE for all orders, no minimum required.
All orders are insured and tracked at no additional cost.
4. Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as La Poste, Chronopost, DHL, UPS, depending on destination and service availability.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
5. Customs & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in your country.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel online through the carrier’s website.
7. Delays, Damages, or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel is delayed, contact us so we can check with the carrier.
- In case of damaged or lost items, please provide photos or proof so we can process a replacement or refund.
8. Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product for an exchange or refund.
- Products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except for defective items or errors on our part.
To initiate a return:

- Carefully package the product and send it to our return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
